Our financial support comes solely from donors who value what we have to offer. Donations are used to meet our expenses—such as rent, basic supplies, publications, and our website.

Because Asheville Insight Meditation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, your donations are tax-deductible.

Ways to Donate

• Online: The Donation buttons in the sidebar of this page provide you with the opportunity for a one-time donation or recurring donations through PayPal. You do not have to have a PayPal account to donate, as PayPal accepts all major credit cards. (Look for “No PayPal account?” or “Don’t have a PayPal account?” on the bottom left of the PayPal donation page.)
• Cash: You may donate cash in person at the sangha. We have a donation jar near the door for cash or check donations.

Recurring Donations as a Core Member

Recurring monthly donations as a Core Member are a tremendous help to us as they provide a stable monetary flow that helps us budget and plan.

If you would like to set up a monthly donation, you may be interested in our Core Membership program. For a minimum donation of $25 per month, you can become a Core Member and receive discounts to workshops and events. Read more about Core Membership here.

Planned Giving

Planning a future gift for Asheville Insight Meditation helps ensure AIM’s long-term viability in sharing the Buddha’s teachings and providing a nurturing, mindful community. A planned gift will often provide you with significant tax benefits as well.

With planned giving, a donor makes an arrangement for a future gift, most often in a will. The gift can also be arranged through a retirement plan, life insurance, appreciated stock, or a life income gift.
