Sunday morning group meditation sessions begin with a self-led meditation (40 minutes). After a five-minute break, we view a video dharma talk by a noted teacher, such as Jack Kornfield or Tara Brach. Afterwards we share our thoughts in a group discussion for about 20 minutes. (No one is obliged to share.)
Adults of all experience levels are welcome to attend. Meditation instruction will be given for beginners. Chairs, floor cushions, and blankets are available.
The session begins at 10 am and ends at 11:30 am.
The suggested minimum donation is $10, but no one is turned away for lack of funds.
