Join us for a workshop, August 18th, on attunement to a range of healing emotions in your meditation practice. Explore the interplay of positive psychology and meditation in order to deepen your practice.

Awareness of healing emotions is helpful when faced with complex emotions and circumstances. Learn to identify the way you might integrate and resonate with healing emotions in your daily practice. Discover your anchors in positive emotion.

Appropriate for beginners or advanced practitioners, the purpose of the workshop is to enhance your orientation to the healing power of emotion.

The Teacher

Dawn Baird

Dawn Baird, Ph.D. is a Clinical Psychologist by training who has been a devoted student of yoga and mindfulness for more than 20 years. In her life and practice she is inspired by the power of awareness in mind and body. She has taught psychology and mindfulness based meditation practices to individuals and groups in a variety of settings including hospitals, corporations, and schools. Most recently, she is completing a two-year Mindfulness Teacher Certification Program through the University of California at Berkeley.
