Jack Hannibal came to meditation as a cross-country runner in high school, counting his breaths as a way to quiet his mind and mitigate pain. Later, he studied Zen Buddhism for several years under the late Peter Matthiessen.
Jack has a committed, daily meditation practice and, over the years, has been on numerous silent retreats. Currently, he is part of the Asheville Insight Meditation (AIM) Facilitator Training program where he studies and teaches under founder and lead teacher, Ronya Banks.
Jack is a practicing psychotherapist and professional presentation coach. JackHannibal.com »
