Meditative Circle Dance

In Meditative Circle Dancing, feelings of deep joy and gratitude are evoked as partipants follow simple steps and dance patterns in connection with their fellow dancers. The dance forms and steps are pure and simple and can be performed even by people who think they cannot dance.

About Meditative Circle Dances

Meditative Circle Dances derive primarily from European folklore and are accompanied by classical and contemporary music. Participants practice mindfulness of the body, emotions, and mind while dancing, inviting the kinesthetic awareness of motion.
