Join us for A Day of Mindfulness, an empowering, one-day workshop in which we explore the path of mindfulness to achieve optimum health, wellness, recovery, and freedom from suffering.
Our guided day retreat takes place in a supportive setting and will incorporate seated meditation, gentle mindful movement practices, self-compassion training, deep relaxation, discussion, and education.
Who Should Attend
Both beginning and experienced mindfulness practitioners will learn and benefit from this guided day-long retreat. No prior experience with meditation is required.
Larry Cammarata is is a clinical psychologist who specializes in mindfulness-oriented therapy and education. He has been a practitioner of mindfulness meditation for over 20 years, and he is also an advanced instructor of Taijiquan (Tai Chi) and Qigong. He is a co-founder of Mind-Body Wellness.
